Is it safe to shop at ProFlowers?
Our online security system is built for your protection and is one of the safest in the industry. We continually enhance our systems to ensure your shopping protection and satisfaction. All of your transactions at ProFlowers are covered by our security guarantee:
  • Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
  • In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, most banks either cover all the charges that result from the unauthorized use or may limit your liability to just $50.
  • If your bank holds you liable, ProFlowers will cover your liability up to $50 provided that the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at ProFlowers while using the secure server. Please note: This guarantee only applies to purchases made using our secure server and covers a maximum liability of $50. You must notify your credit card provider of any unauthorized use.

What is Bill Me Later®?
With Bill Me Later® you can now make purchases at ProFlowers without using your credit card. Convenient and Secure
  • No lengthy application - it's easier than entering your credit card information.
  • No credit card number to enter, so you can feel more secure.
After we have shipped your order, Bill Me Later® will send you a statement in the mail. You can pay the entire balance with no additional charges or you can pay a portion of the balance and regular interest charges will apply. Bill Me Later® is offered through WebBank, Salt Lake City, UT and is only available to U.S. customers who are at least the legal age in the state where the customer resides. Subject to credit approval.

Can I pay by cash, check or money order?
If you don't have a credit card or don't want to use one online, you can pay cash for your purchase with PaidByCash. You will receive a virtual MasterCard code for the amount you have paid cash, and you can enter that code into the Credit Card field of our order process to buy safely and securely. Click here to learn more.

Although we do not currently accept them by phone or online, we can accommodate checks or money orders by mail. Once we have received the check or money order from you, we will place the order. We need the following information:

  • Arrangement choice and any accessories you want added
  • Email address
  • Delivery date of the flowers (please allow time for the check to reach us)
  • Card Message (limited to 5 lines with 40 characters on each line)
  • Recipient's name, address and phone number
  • Your name, address and phone number
  • Check/money order made out to "ProFlowers" for amount of arrangement, accessories and shipping. The list of all shipping charges can be found by clicking on the "Shipping Info" line on the left green navigation bar.

Please allow five business days for receipt and processing of your order. If we have questions, we will contact you at the phone number you provide. What is your guarantee?
We guarantee that all our flowers will last at least 7 days or your money back. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the freshness of your flowers, please call or email us and we will gladly replace the bouquet or refund your money.

Our flowers are individually selected and picked by the best growers in the country and then shipped directly to you or your recipient, usually within 24 hours of being cut. Because our flowers never wait around in a warehouse, truck, or retail florist's cooler, we are able to guarantee you the absolutely freshest flowers available. We will never compromise on your flower's freshness or longevity. For this reason, some flowers will arrive with their buds closed so they can begin opening on arrival.

How do I redeem a promotional gift code?
To use your gift code, follow these simple steps:
  • Select a product for purchase.
  • On the product details page, select a delivery date and click "Order Now".
  • On the Gift Options page, select any accessories you want to add to your order, then click "Next".
  • On the Tell Us Who You Are page, fill in your email and password, and enter your gift code in the "Enter Promotion Gift Code" box, then click "Next".
  • Complete the Recipient Information, Delivery Time and Billing Information pages. On the Billing Information page, your gift code will appear in the "Enter Promotion Gift Code" box. If not, enter it here.
  • On the Review Your Order page, the value applied to your order from your promotional gift code will be listed in box to the left where "Order Total" is indicated.
The value of your gift code is listed on the materials you received with the gift code. You may use the entire value, or a partial amount. If you use a partial amount, you will need to keep the gift code in order to enter it again on your next purchase. Should you select a product that costs more than the value of the gift code, you may also use a credit card or other payment type to complete your purchase.
To determine the value remaining on a gift code, you can call customer service.
Whether used in partial amounts, or not at all, gift codes are only valid until their expiration date.
