On Saturday May 21, the Naval Special Warfare Family Foundation held a benefit event for the San Diego-Based Navy Seals and their families. The event focused around raising money for Navy Seal families through auctions and raffles while also providing informational speeches and performances by presenters such as Ken Robinson, the Executive Producer of E-Ring, a NBC show based off of Robinson’s personal experiences on the Special Operations and the Global War on Terrorism unit.
ProFlowers sponsored the event by providing patriotic floral arrangements to make the night even more special for the Navy Seals and their families. ProFlowers floral designers created 68 centerpieces and 12 buffet pieces, all of which were custom-made for the event. Using white cylinder vases, designers arranged red, white and dyed blue carnations and adorned each bouquet with blue glittered star picks.
ProFlowers delivered the flower centerpieces to the event location at the home of Craig Irving in San Diego, CA. The event was very successful with the Navy Special Warfare Family Foundation raising over $200,000. At the end of the night, many guests were able to take the flower centerpieces home.
